Appointment Preparation
Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra)
- Please inform us of any blood thinners, antibiotics, Accutane, supplements, or recent medical treatments prior to your appointment.
- Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (if medically safe) for 24 hours before treatment to reduce bruising.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, injectable treatments may not be performed.
Laser, IPL, CoolPeel
- Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (do not wax or tweeze).
- Do not tan or use self-tanner 2 weeks before and after treatment.
- Certain medications (including some antibiotics) may increase skin sensitivity — please disclose all medications when booking.
Morpheus8, Microneedling, PRP
- Avoid active skin infections, open wounds, or sunburn in the treatment area.
- Certain skincare products and medications may need to be paused before treatment — our team will advise you.
- Mild redness and downtime are normal and should be planned for.
IV Therapy
- Please eat a light meal and hydrate prior to your appointment.
- Inform us of all medical conditions, medications, and supplements.
- We may require medical clearance for certain conditions before proceeding.
Medical Weight Loss & TRT Programs
- Lab work and medical evaluation are required before starting medication or hormone therapy.
- Medications cannot be started without provider approval.
- Follow-up appointments are required for dose adjustments and monitoring.

Numbing Cream Policy
- If numbing is requested, our staff will inform you how early to arrive, as numbing time varies depending on the treatment and area being treated.
- Please follow the arrival time given by our team to ensure adequate numbing before your procedure.
- Late arrival may result in insufficient numbing time and may require rescheduling or proceeding without full numbing, depending on the remaining appointment time.
Booking & Credit Card Policy
- A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
- Appointments cannot be booked without a card on file.
- Your card is not charged unless cancellation or no-show policies are violated.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed entirely will be subject to a $50 no-show fee.
- Clients with multiple no-shows may be required to leave a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in:
* Shortened treatment time, or
* Needing to reschedule, with applicable fees.
Closing Time Policy
- Clients arriving within 10 minutes of closing time may not be seen.
- Treatments cannot be rushed and require proper time for safety and quality of care.
Guests & Children Policy
- No children or additional guests are permitted unless they have their own appointment.
- This policy ensures safety, privacy, and proper care for all patients.
Payments, Packages & Refunds
- We accept major credit cards and cash.
- CareCredit and checks are not accepted.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
Deposits & Packages
- Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your treatment total.
- Deposits and prepaid services expire 1 year from the purchase date.
Gift Cards & Skincare
- Gift cards, prepaid packages, and skincare products are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-returnable
- Non-transferable.
Right to Refuse Service

- Policies are not followed
- Client behavior is inappropriate or disruptive
