I initially… read more came in asking about chin filler and maybe getting some Botox here and there. I spoke to Elena during our consultation and she suggested what I needed, nothing more. I had been to other medspas previously and was told I needed x,y and z. Elena answered all my questions and explained why I didn’t need additional treatments- I appreciated that because it’s all based on personalization. Everyone has different features and she only recommended what I needed and I can’t emphasize that enough!
I also felt a little dizzy at first and she and her team were attentive to that and made sure I was okay (sorry, again). She went over post care and I can’t wait to see the end results, but so far so good. Thank you Elena and team!

Elena is very conservative, meaning like if there’s nothing you really NEED to get done; such as no room to add more filler or if you’re debating on getting Botox she will give her 100% honest opinion about it! Unlike some injectors who like to add unnecessary treatments onto clients.

Also, the first picture attached below, is from couple months ago I went to Hush LA Medspa for a full body laser by Nora! She is very quick with her technique as she lasers each part of your body! She’s very gentle and easy going, I’ve been going to her for 2 years now and I definitely recommend anyone who needs a phenomenal nurse to get a laser treatment.

Overall, the office is marvelous! So is Nicole the receptionist and all the other employees! If it was possible for me to give Hush LA Medspa 10 stars, I highly would!

It’s really difficult to find a good injector… read more (I’ve had horrible filler done by multiple people before, including a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills) and after getting my lips done by her three times now, I completely trust her opinion and expertise. I always ask to have a fuller look without looking completely fake and having it be overly obvious that I’ve gotten filler, and she nails it every time. I also love how honest she is. Most recently in between fills, I asked her on two separate occasions if I needed a touch up, and both times she told me it wasn’t necessary yet. Little things like this show me that she cares about her clients and isn’t just trying to make a quick buck.

I also have used their offices for laser hair removal, and the woman who does it is very thorough and super friendly.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience going here. Dont hesitate, definitely book your appointment and you won’t be disappointed.

  I had a deeply disappointing experience at Hush La Medspa. Elena’s lip injection was terribly botched. I initially requested to get half a syringe since I have a petite face… read more and did not want overly filled lips. Elena advised that I get a full syringe and I trusted her expertise (which she could not even fully put into my lips after over filling them to begin with)
My lips were left uneven, extremely protruded, and overly filled in certain areas. Things happen and I understand sometimes we don’t get the result we desire for. My problem lies within the aftermath of the situation. upon requesting a refund and dissolver, I was charged for the dissolver!! and never receiving any reimbursement. The lack of customer service for clients is evident, and the overall quality of their work leaves much to be desired. I advise others to approach this medspa with caution, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I am extremely disappointed and saddened to have this experience.

No upsell or getting what you shouldn’t. Clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Everyone is friendly and patient with you. I will be going back for other services like fillers soon!

The only drawback I experienced was that I selected half face as one of my treatments and received more of a spot treatment; nevertheless, this was also my own responsibility for being unable to speak up. Overall, I’ll be returning. I adore this location!

Before finding Hush, I was getting… read more told I “needed”so many fillers and was always so unhappy with the results as it made me look fake! Elena dissolved old Juvederm that migrated in my lips and refilled with Restylane Kysse. I had only gotten botox before but she suggested dysport which was actually cheaper and lasts longer and doesn’t give you the “frozen” look. She is very honest and will not inject you with more then what accentuates your beauty, even if you think you need it. I love her honesty and she does an amazing job. I will only be coming here from here on out.
